In everyday operations

Less searching. More clarity.

01

Understand your fleet.

Bring together status, battery levels and alerts from connected robots. Check each location and see when data was last updated.

02

Give support the full picture.

Report an issue or maintenance need for the robot, add photos and follow the ticket. VEYRA sees everything about the case in one place.

03

Request what you need.

Reorder consumables and send parts requests to VEYRA. We confirm compatibility, availability and pricing for each request.

04

Show the work done.

Access cleaning reports, operating history and device documents centrally. Authorized team members can review and countersign reports.

Available operating data, reports and controls depend on the model, manufacturer API and enabled integration. We confirm the scope before setup.

Stay at the robot. Reach your service team.

Open the device page, describe the issue and track your request in Core. The case stays linked to the right robot.

When you need support

From the robot to the request.

Start a request where the device information already lives. Your team does not have to explain which robot is involved each time.

Remote support with your approval.

You authorize a time-limited session by code for protected areas of the portal. Robot diagnostics and remote interventions are agreed separately and require a supported integration.

  1. Tell us what you need

Select the robot, describe the issue and attach photos if helpful. Faults, maintenance and parts requests stay linked to the device.

  2. Agree on the next step

VEYRA confirms the next action, who is responsible and what is covered. Where appropriate and technically supported, we can assist remotely.

  3. Follow the progress

Find replies and appointments in the request history. Work is delivered under the relevant quote or service agreement.

A platform that complements maintenance

Core gives you visibility. Your maintenance agreement defines coverage.

VEYRA Core gives you access to device information and service requests. Maintenance and repair coverage is defined by your service agreement or individual order.

VEYRA Core

  • Bring device data and documents together
  • Submit service and supply requests
  • Track requests and agreed appointments

Your maintenance agreement

  • Agreed maintenance and repair services
  • Contractually defined response times
  • Costs covered under the agreed scope

A Core subscription does not include maintenance, repairs, spare parts or guaranteed response times. These are provided and billed under your maintenance agreement or an individual order. Core does not replace a maintenance agreement.

Before you get started

A few practical questions.

Which robots can I see in Core?

Core is designed for robots you bought or rent from VEYRA. Before setup, we check which of your models can be connected. Multi-brand support does not mean every integration provides the same data or features.

Can team members have different permissions?

Yes. Roles and site permissions determine who can view information, submit service requests or use enabled controls. We set up access to match your organization.

Does Core pay for maintenance?

No. Core is the platform. We provide and bill maintenance, repairs, parts and other services under your maintenance agreement or a separate order.

How do we get started, and what does Core cost?

Try VEYRA Core free for 6 months. The trial ends automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you want to continue, a separate order is required: the platform costs €79 per month for the first device and €59 per month for each additional device, excluding VAT.
